Just curious, but since I started my bulker about 1 month ago, and went off my strict diet, my abs are disappearing pretty fast. I've still got a good 4 pack when flexing my abs, but I'm constantly eating so my belly is always looking like I"m ready to give birth when I"m jsut standing around relaxed. I wouldn't think it would be from the IGF I"m running along with my cycle. What do you guys do when bulking? Do you still do cardio and work abs regularly ? or do you say fuck it and eat and drink protein shakes alll day long?
