How many of you guys keep your abs while bulking?

Just curious, but since I started my bulker about 1 month ago, and went off my strict diet, my abs are disappearing pretty fast. I've still got a good 4 pack when flexing my abs, but I'm constantly eating so my belly is always looking like I"m ready to give birth when I"m jsut standing around relaxed. I wouldn't think it would be from the IGF I"m running along with my cycle. What do you guys do when bulking? Do you still do cardio and work abs regularly ? or do you say fuck it and eat and drink protein shakes alll day long?

Dependant upon your natural body type/comp somewhat but I can't to any cardio when bulinkg (or very little) so they disappear fast.

I say fuck it bro, since last winter I decided that bulkers are always about fun, finding my enjoyment just with the iron again, nothing else...no cardio, no abs just me and the iron and face full of food bro. Al420 convinced me last winter to lift more like a power lifter and so during bulking cycles i am a chalk ladened animal. just my two cents bro.
 
If bulking is your main goal at the moment, I wouldn't worry too much if your abs disappear. It's rather par for the course. You'll see them again during your next cutting phase. I would continue to train the abs, though, to keep them up to the standards of the rest of your body.
 
Yeh I agree. Ive never really had a shredded 6 pack but since eating clean my stomach did lean out pretty good but im not worrying about having abs that can show real well but if I work them out its more to help keep the core strong to support other things. I pretty much just eat like a fuckin animal keeping junk foods to minimum but sometimes if i got to eat the junk ill eat it becuz we cant afford to not eat while bulking. its also going on winter here so all the heavier clothign comes out so i dont have to see my abs really. gotta give a lil to receive a lil i guess.
 
i try 2 keep them now. after the last bulker it took 2 long 2 get them back. i dont stay super lean but abs r visible with hard flexing. if it starts 2 go then cardio or cut some cals.

Been training for years and the only solution to keep abs is by taking a SHARPIE MARKER and trace them........

Tried lots of stuff nothing works for me...........
 
spot on diet and an aromatase inhibitor and dihydrotestosterone compound would do the trick bros d
