Hey bros... It has passed a week since i noticed that my nipples were getting sore and a bit bigger. i started taking nolva (40mg/day- is this ok?) right the way. they stopped growing, but they still sore and a bit sensitives.
has anyone reversed this symptoms with nolva? In how many time?
a friend of mine told me that, eating garbage and working out my pecs, would only made the problem worse.
