well there is 1ml/1cc...mg is in unit mass....ml is a unit of volume...mass and volume are 2 different properties. thus in order to find a relationship between the two, you need to know the density of the solution in question.

a little easier to understand than how audio8 put it. there could be 25-400mg in 1 ml or 1 cc.
1ml=1cc
