How many mg for dbol?

How many mg for dbol? I've never used it and i'm scared of getting gyno problems. This isn't my first cycle, I'm just really concern after reading about it. Also i read that the half life only last about six hours so would I only take it when i workout or do I just stick with the Everyday routine. I wasn't sensative to gyno with a regular test cycle. I feel like its time to move up to something better than a regular mild stack like winny.

I just plan to use it for 3 to 4 weeks depending on the dosage to help me quick start my regular test cycle.

test cypionate 500 mg 1-10 weeks
1-3 or 4 weeks of dbol mg ???(20,30,40,50)
 
Take it the 1st 4weeks @ 20 mg daily split am and pm !!!! Thats what I did on my first cycle with out any problems
 
I have always taken my DBol as follows, but it also depends which ones you have. If you have the good old pink ones, Thai, which I have always found in 5mg/tab dosages, it is a lot easier, otherwise let us know the dosages and we can work something out for you. Wk 1 - 4 - Take 1 tab post wake up and B/Fast ... 5mg into your system. Then take 2 tabs 2 - 2.5hrs pre Workout ... now there will be enough of the compound in your bloodstream by the time you workout. Take another tab as you go to bed. In total, this takes you to 20mg/day evenly spread out, not a all at once shock to your system and the highest daily dosage pre workout, as DBol is essentially a pre-workout compound but, by taking it spread as I suggested, you keep it in your system a lot more balanced. If you take it everyday, I would suggest taking some sort of liver support as the chemical structure of this compound to ensure it actually has an effect on your body is of such a nature that it is harsh on the liver.
 
20mg is plenty for your first time using it. and 30mg is the max i would ever go .

Use N2GUARD while right thru your cycle.
 
I had the same concern the first time I ran it a long time ago. After researching it I learned that there were rarely any sides for dosing of 20mg or under so I pinned 20mg oil based daily. 20mg was plenty when stacked with Deca.
 
I say go with 20 see if you start to bloat alot if no sides bump to 30.

Agreed. No need for more than that for a first time. Makes no differnce whether you take it when you workout or not. Just divide it up throughout the day as evenly as possible to avoid spikes in blood levels. 2-3 times will be fine.
 
thanx for the info. The lab im using is GP and their 10 mg a tab and I only got 100 of them. So it seems I'm going have to use one in the morning and one at night before going to bed. Hey i got one more quick question is cheapinz a realiable place to get your pins and syringe? I used to get it from my buddy but he's having trouble getting some for me.
