Just wondering how many lean quality pounds do you guys normally keep from a bulking cycle. And by keep I mean for at least a year not just a few months.
 
Depends on the cycle.
What did u have in mind?

Just generally speaking. Whatever your bulking cycle may be. I guess whichever one you have the best results with and keep the most gains. share the cycle also if you would.

I have to admit I just finished my first cycle that I actually knew what I was doing as far as pct goes. I've never kept much of the weight before, but whatever the cycle, your pct and what you do from that point on is what really matters to keep your muscle. The search for the best natty "nut shocker" and busting your ass post cycle is the key.
 
There are too many factors here to get good answers. First of all the cycle tells a lot. If you run any wet compounds there can be a lot of water weight that's going to come off no matter what. Then there is diet. If you go straight bulk mode and gain 25 lbs, there us a lot fat in that weight. 25 lbs of muscle isn't going to happen on one cycle. So you gained in essence some fat weight that you don't want to keep.

What you want to know is how much "muscle" people keep from their cycles, but reality is that most people would be surprised at how little of their cycles was actual tissue (muscle).
 
I kept about 7-8 lbs from my last cycle. You'll probably gain some bone mass in the process considering test strengthens bones too.
 
I don't get this whole bulking business. I personally think its stupid. I train hard and have a clean diet so I can have abs and vascularity all year round.. and 7lbs of solid muscle is extremely noticeable on most people.. I'm on a permanent lean bulk.. I never let my bf over 10% so adding a few lbs of muscle during a cycle makes a massive difference to my physique but wouldn't make a huge difference on the scale..

Im on dianabol, just finished 3 wks onto 4th & went from 171 to 180..im not bloated at ALL, still have my abs, and my face/cheek bones still just as prominent and im alot bigger than when I started.. So ill be on the safe side and call that about 8 solid pounds

First cycle, test e 500mg a week for 14 weeks, superdrol 40mg a day first 5 weeks, went from 175-205, kept that. Gained some fat and cut right after PCT down to 195. Net gain of 20lbs and ended up at 9% BF, which is lower than The 12% I was before cycle.

Second cycle, 8 weeks of test p at 75mg a day and npp at 50mg a day. went from 195 to 205, BF% slight increase throughout, lost 0 lbs when I came off. Net gain of 10lbs. BF% back to 12%. Shortly after PCT cut down to 10%, loss of 5lbs.

Currently 3.5 weeks into third cycle, 600mg test e, 500mg tren e, 150mg Deca, and up 10lbs to 210 BF, down to 9%. Will be running this for 11 more weeks, and judging by how it's begun, I'll be gaining at least 20lbs, probably closer to 40lbs while maintaining BF.

Cunting only my two complete cycles, I average a net gain of 15lbs, but this cycle I'm on presently will surely skew that data upon its completion.
