How many iu's HCG weekly??

I am in week five of the following cycle:

600mg ew primo
40 mg ed var

I was planning on adding in hcg at a dose of 1000 iu's per week for the remaining weeks of this cycle split into a few doses. I was also going to add some nolva at 10mg every day to prevent gyno which I am very suceptable to. I want to get a little test back in my system since my test levels seem to have declined a bit.

How much, when, how long, and how often should I take the HCG?

you can do 500iu's every three days starting two week prior to you cycle ending. You can also do this in the middle of the cycle to keep things going. It;s not a good idea to do HCG for very long periods. It can damage Lydig cells.

I would use the HCG at 1500 IUs split up 3 times evenly per week for 2 weeks.
IMO you probably don't have to worry about nolva but if you want to you should use it for the 2 week period of the HCG.
Oh ya, I would start using it about 5 weeks before the end of your cycle.

I will run it at 1500 ius per week for 3 weeks then. I plan to run the HCG right through my contest date along with some arimidex or nolva to keep bloat down. The HCG seems to helpp keep my muscles "full".

If you get Gyno from a Primo/Var cycle then you have some problems...

agreed with sheep, but i run 250iu's a week as soon as my nuts start to shrink, around week 5. some guys need more, keep in mind pct i need only 500iu's e3d for a week and my boys are inflated. then its nolva from then on.

I say 1000iu twice weekly.
