If its TEST ENAN OR CYP once every 5 - 7 days is enough.

I was taking 3 shots of enanthate a week for 4-5 weeks.could not tell the difference after cutting back to 1 every 5 days

I shoot 500mgs of test E at 250mg shots twice a week...once Monday and once Thursday

cyp actually has a slightly longer half-life than enanthate

it's something like 18 vs 14 days

you can get away with once per week, but i recommend twice weekly. for some reason i'm noticing less water retention this way with enanthate

its always better to split shots up, i found out by splitting shots with long esters i got less mood swings and anxiety, obviously prop ed or eod
