im a bodybuilder, i do pecs, biceps, pecs and erm, biceps. oh and i do legs too, ya know, when i bend down to pick up the barbell

(i actually used to be an 'upper body builder'.....so many wasted years )

I tend to follow a pattern.
Lift weights, get bigger,do cycle, get even bigger, get injured, stop, get fat, diet & cardio, start over.
Right now it's back to diet and cardio.
