How many eggs on a cutter?

Hey all, quick question about the eggs.

Recently I've been having 2 yolks and 3 egg whites scrambled (done in work in the microwave) little bit of salt, pepper, touch of milk and of course 100% natural tomato sauce :) DELICIOUS - but I'm thinking daily is perhaps too much?

I've got fitday and it fits in fine. But I'm worried about the cholesterol and my weight loss (whilst retaining as much muscle as possible)

Also, maybe it doesn't make a difference, but I work in quite a physically demanding job.
 
personaly I dont exceed 3 Whole eggs a day

but egg whites can be as many as you like:)

also always SOFT cook the yokes to get the most out of them :)

People used to think eating too many eggs was bad because it raises cholesterol, but now we know that it raises good cholesterol, and not the bad. Therefore, it is safe, and very healthy, to eat lots of eggs.

I'm really interested in that...

Is that just from the yolk..?

I'm considering defrosting some liquid egg white I have now :P

I can chug that easily, making eggs in the morning is something i'd be slightly rushed to do.
 
Wasn't most of the studies on the negative health benefits of eggs done by the Cereal Board in the 70's? I eat three to four whole eggs plus whites just about everyday. I have ate upwards of a dozen whole eggs a day when I was on the Anabolic Diet by Pasquelle (sp). I was the leanest I have ever been while on the AD.
 
I have read a couple of studies saying that the 3 eggs per day increase test and muscle growth.

Plus, in Australia, there are Pace Omega 3 eggs, 2 of which contain over 100% of daily RDA for E and Zinc, both of which increase Leptin.

Good for cutting IMO (and for me, my only real source of sat fat, and 3 eggs is still under 4gms anyway)
