Just wondering.. I usually have about 4 eggs with breakfast, and maybe mix one into a shake.

So normally about 6 egges 5 whole 1 white only.

My cholesterol gonna go through the roof or what? :)

If you got Albertsons around use their store brand of egg beaters. much better than the brand name and cheaper.

I believe 3-4 a week is the max recommended.

Go with the generic egg beaters as someone above mentioned. No cholestorol, taste just like natural eggs, and pre-scrambled :)

im eating hard boiled. Just easy to take to work with me. Guess I can just drop out the yolks. Anyone know how much protein is in the white alone? Normal egg is 6 grams or protein.

I try to eat 12-18 whole eggs a day. My cholesterol is fine because it's highly genetic how you respond. Yet another reason to get your bloodwork done boys!

why do u guys skip on the yolks? i've read some studies that showed in the past it was advised not to eat egg yolks b/c of the high cholesterol content, but more recent studies have found no correlation between eggs and blood cholesterol levels.
 + isnt' the yolk where the majority of the nutrients are?

i don't eat eggs all that often, but when i do i never pass on the yolk.
