how many days/week do you work out while "ON"

hey guys, just started my spring cycle and i was working out mon, tues, thurs, fri, sat. just thinking about changing it up a little bit and maybe going down to 4/week. what does your workout look like throughout the week? thanks
 
Fair question.

However, I have never understood why one would change the number ofd workout days , or even the # of sets when on or off.
 
I like 3days on 1day off

In my opinion your body will tell you when you need time off. Sometimes sorness catches up with me all at once and i might take 2 days off.

When I am on the gear, I like to feel my body and what it tells me to do I do. I workout 5 times a week wheither I am on or off. I usually do 12-14 sets per body part and try not to do as much for biceps and triceps. If I feel real good that day and if I do not have a pump I will do more sets. I keep everything in the range of 6-10 reps. If I feel real good on Sat. I will go to the gym and lift my weak body part light. This is what works for me but I thinks that everyone needs to find out what works for them. I hope this helps!

My old training parter went to 3 days a week on his cycle and he still gained 30 lbs, i personally do 4 day a week all the time, i think each person is different, you have to try and see what works best for you. TRAIN HARD AND BE SAFE.

I usually go 5 when on 4 when off. I give arms there own day when on to pound the Sh$T outa them

Big muscles on or off 10-12 sets smaller muscles 6-8 sets I am always burnt after this volume reps vary. 4-6 range right now midway through sus eq cycle

Abbs 2x a week and calfs 2 x a week when on.........

I train 6 days a week on or off but if i'm felling burned out after months of hitting it hard I will do 1 bodypart a week for a short time to bring back some balance to life and live alittle spend time with the wife & kids.
