how many days a week for the 5 x 5 program?

do to work i cant as much volume per day, so i do a little a lot. 6 days a week, 1 muscle group a day with the exception of bis and tris which i work together. Im thinking of taking them out so i can cut it down to 5 days, not sure though.

mon-chest
tue-traps and box squats
wed-shoulders
thu-middle/lower back
fri-tris/bis
sat-legs

might change too
mon-traps and box squats
tue-chest
wed-mid/low back
thu-shoulders
fri-legs
 
If neural adaptatoins are your goal (ie more fiber requirement for heavy singles) do 4 or 5 sets of 3, 3 times a week. You won't grow as fast, but you're core lifts will go up faster.
