How many cycles........?

I'm about to do my first cycle of sus, do most of you do cycles regularly or will a few cycles keep me where i wanna be?

I'm 5'9 155, 7% bf and wanna get to 180 at same bf. thanks.
 
yea......your prob right but it's not going to happen. I've been lifting for 3 years naturally and now i'm just ready to put on size.
 
3 yrs of training is long enough your definitely ready-but to answer your question on how many cycles to do is totally dependant on the user-in other words if you are not satisified with how you look/feel after the first then wait and do another-you will know after you do your first cycle if you want to so another-most of the guys on here are pretty hard core and don't even ever come off me personally do one to two a year this way I avoid most side effects-Good Luck!!!
 
When I first started cycling, I was like, "yeah, I'm just going to do one, maybe two" Now I'm on my fourth, and there's no end in sight. If you keep them mild and don't abuse them, there's really no need to stop them. Especially if you have certain goals in mind, other than looking good at the beach.
 
Hey Harddtime,

You sound a lot like me when I was starting out a couple of years ago. Train, train, train.....with little gain. It seemed like I couldn't gain weight if I wanted to. What works for me is to substantially increase my calorie intake...more lean red meat, drink whole milk instead of skim, eat eggs with the yolks instead of just egg whites. You are going to gain some bodyfat, if not, you are not eating enough. Also, lift heavier (if you are not already) keep the reps in the 4-6 range with a 2-3 minute break between sets. Workout only 3-4 days week and get plenty of sleep. Follow this routine for 8-10 weeks and then take 2-4 weeks and train lighter and diet off some of the fat using whatever works for you (skim milk, egg whites, chicken breast, lower carbs, Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin stack, Clenbuterol etc.) Craft your AS cycle around this 8-10 week routine and stick to Test 250-500mg weekly/Deca or Equipoise 200-400 mg weekly with Winstrol 50mg every day for the last part of your cycle. Make sure you jump start your doodads with Clomid at the end of the cycle (take 200-300mg first day two weeks after your last injection, and follow with 100mg every day for the remainder of the week and then 50mg for the next two weeks). Also keep some Nolvadex/Proviron/Armidex on hand in case you start to get itchy/puffy nipples (gyno) This is what has worked for me and is working for me now. I don't gain easily like some of the people on this board and I have never put on 30lbs in one cycle like some do. Then again I don't have gyno, I still have my hair, I'm not fat and my back doesn't look like a pizza from all of the acne of high doseage cycles. If you do this, you should be able to keep 6-8 lbs of quality muscle for each of the first couple of cycles which adds up to something pretty decent over time. Good luck bro. :D :D :D
