Slow and steady is always prudent for novices... more important to LEARN how each compound affects the body...what results you can get... also important to learn how to more effectively train and diet.
One cycle per year can be plenty if you know what you're doing. Later, you can start adding, one by one, additional compounds....and then down the road consider a second cycle within a year.
lets all be honest with ourselves. health aside , the only way to be freaky huge is to do numerous cycles in a year or hell stay on all the time atleast test.
after you have reached a point where natural gains slow down .
One cycle to get you past it.
I only do one cycle a year . Thats it.
I train eat eat and eat. Then once a year do a 3-4 month cycle to diet down and use steroids in a moderate dose to keep muscle why getting leaner.
If your training and diet is on key you really do not need alot of steroids unless to gain muscle unless ofcoarse you are looking into becomming active in comps and you need to polish your physic build lots of seperation and definition.
But for the average gym going bodybuilder id say one cycle a year is enough.
