I usually go ten wks on... wait 3 wks then start PCT. Then start another 6 months from the start of the original. Do you guys do shorter or longer cycles? How are the results?

2 a year until I achieve my goals which arent far away now. Then the minimum to maintain

Boy, if I had a dollar for everytime I've heard that one in the last 20 years I could just about stay on GH for life.

There is a kid at my gym that got into AAS last year. He put on some serious size. I over heard him talking to someone the other day... "what happened to that guy... looks like he lost 15lbs" (wasn't talking about me by the way)... to which he said "thats why I never come off". He wasn't joking. I think he is 21. I think he has been on for well over a year. That poor kid is getting some shitty advice. I would rather be small and have a function dick than look good and blow out my test production!

This year was bad, I did two cycles that were 20 weeks long. More than I wanted to but this shit works and coming off sucks! It becomes a very hard mental game! I also think guys use more than they tell!

I am pretty much on all the time,

off now only because of surgery,

still taking 100mg per week of test.

Will start complete cycle in about 4 weeks.

Is it possible to recover fully from a long cycle of over a year, I would be scared to do gear for that long incase I didnt recover.

Depends on the person and also drugs/dosages. One person will recover and the other person can fuck up their hpta forever. No matter what, post cycle recovery will be a bitch.

usually 2,but this year I will do a very long cycle, about 8 -10 months because I plan to do a small show this year, but I plan on blood work being done appropriately and hcg will be used aswell

2 Cycles..

5 Months Each.

So you're doing 5 months on, run PCT, then immediately go back on again without a break? What's your logic behind that?

Do you have blood levels and stuff tested regularly and if so are they normal? Do you get HPTA recovery, or don't you care?

How aggressive are your cycles and how long have you been following that protocol for?

2-3 cycles per year. Rarely run a cycle longer than 10 weeks or shorter than 8. Would never consider staying on year round....too much hastle...plus I like to allow my body a chance to recover.

I'm doing a 18 weeker, then PCT for 6 weeks. Then take a few weeks off, and then do a var/eq/test/clen cycle for summer.

Usuallt two. Did 3 last year. Was at a wedding when my aunt went "you've lost a serious amount of weight since I seen you last" Why do Brits do nothing but insult the shit out of each other! So, back home I went an ordered another cycle!!

2 a year. 12 week bulker, 8 week cutter.

Due to injury though, ill be about 1 year without AAS before I go back on.

Think my philosophy may change from this depending on my current cycle.

Might be three 6 weeks on, 8-10 off.

When your on year around....when you come off you run test on the off weeks at low doseage...depending on your free test, this number can be from 100mg weekly up to 150mg a week....but bllod tests are the norm. Also....I'm 34....and I will live to see 35....if you use your head it's all good.

Evander, sure I recovered. Ran 8 months straight, moderate dosages, came off and 3 weeks later, test levels were 972. I'd say that's back to high-end normal. And I ended with winny, so it wasn't lingering test in my system, that's my natty test level.

wow..I was surprised by the poll... I thought I was only the only one doing one bulk and one cut a year.

I think the number of cycles is less important than the total time on. Who really cares about how many cycles, I am planning on three eight week cycles, satch is doing two five monthers. Whose HTPA do you think will be in better shape?

That being said, another thing you need to consider is type of gear and doseage.

i am the one guy who has only done one cycle...was going to start EQ/VAR last year but got injured....will i juice again ever? yea but no need since i am gaining very well natty

....and you guys talk shit on me for doing one 4-week dbol cycle in a span of 2 years.......these guys are on test for a year straight and nobody says anything.

all my bulking cycles are a month on month off, over summer im on 8 to 10 weeks sumtimes longer this one i think itll b 12 to 16

i used short esters, prop, tren A, NNP, var, dbol, winny, turnibol,

i wana try eq prop this winter, you guys kno any reliable UG Labs that carry that

two a year!!! each bulker 13 weeks usually do long esters and cutter 8 to 10 weeks short ester AKA pin cushion lol!!! and rest in between, I do good PCT and creatine, glutamine,ZMA, and Tribulus thats in between cycles!

That's stupid. Just like guys going all year round on gear. Good luck reaching 35

Uhmm that interesting,

I am on all the time and in great shape,

Been on most of the time for 10 years,

turned 56 a couple of weeks ago.

Three 10-12 week cycles. Often I run one 20 week, then another 10 week before summer. The ladies in florida love the abs, so the 20 week is for bulk through winter. then I take three months off and begin winny, var, primo, EQ etc. for summer cutting. Although I usually am on HRT of 100mg/week with 100 units of HCG three times per week all year long.

try and only do 3-4 short 6 week cycles a year. stay off for the equal amount of time if not longer. most people are uneducated on cycling and do more long term damage than good. Post cycle therapy and time off is the only way to insure that your naturally levels will ever be normal on there own. No one wants to become testosterone dependant for the rest of there lives, i would imagine. Unfortunately most abuse the drugs readily available today and , wether they know it or not, are most likely testosterone dependant. The only way to ensure proper cycling is to get regular blood work and sufficient off cycle time, and dont get back on until you have got your natural levels back up. I only speak on this becasue I myself had fallen into the long cycle trap, and l thankfully was lucky enough to be able to keep my naturally levels up, of course it took long term use of heavy doses of hcg, clomid, and bromocriptine to make this happen. One other thing, if anyone plans on ever having a kid, count the idea out if you stay on for long periods of time. I am going to the fertility doc on thursday, and I can only hope for the best and pray that I have some fish still swimming.
