Hey- i have been taking about 70 carbs a day on the crum diet.
30 carbs from dextrose after workout, 24 from protein shakes throughtout the day. and the rest from natty pb..
is this to much???????????????????????????????????
its going good. i did a "semi carb" up cause i wasnt jonesin lol ive lost eight pounds thus far. i just got my pondimin also but i wont be needing it on this diet i guess i can save them for the future we'll see
