How many capsules of twinlabs yohimbe fuel should i take beforehand?

Just got 2 bottles of twinlabs yohimbe fuel in, how much or how many capules should i take before the big deed? capsules are 400mg yohimbe standardized 8mg yohimbine....

Its a waste, because you can actually get pure yohimbe hcl online, cheaper than you can get the twin lab supliment. However, I would go with at least 3 if they are 8 mg.

Take 2/day..... Takes a few days to get in the system. Afterwards, it'll be instant on/off when you want to.....always take it during the summer when i go out to the bars/clubs....

so 3 capsules would be a good choice? anyone else agree on this? i also i'm getting the hcl
