Ive always followed these figures respectively:

Cutting 10x
Maintaining 12x
Lean Mass 14x
Bulking 16+ x

What do you all figure?

(I do understand there are many factors at play here -- ie. metabolism, hard labor jobs, cardio, etc)

looks right to me, although 10x is pretty low even for cutting!
