How many cals does T3 really burn???

say you wen't 50mcg up to 150 and back down to 50mcg over a 5 week peroid. How many cals on average would you burn extra on 50, 100 and 150mcg. might be a dumn question but can't seem to find any info about it.
 
asking how many calories will t-3 burn is like asking how many pounds will one gain off a given cycle. t-3 will help you get leaner, but it will not correct your dieting fuckups. In another words, you still have to put in the effort to enter caloric defficit, only then can t-3 work its magic.

I understand that, but I was just curious.

so you want to get ripped without the work? kinda like shooting roids and not going to the gym? nice strategy, let me know how it works out for you
 
Serge is 100% right on the mark. I started taking t3 a few weeks ago. Just recently I started watching my diet and adding more cardio in, now I can really start to see results. I even have a little ab peakage, which I never though was possible. T3 is good stuff, but without the hard work, it's useless!
 
Well I read somewhere that it speeds your Basal Metabolic Rate{BMR}up 5-7 times it's normal rate, which I would imagine that that you'd create one helluva cal defecit even if you eat quite a bit
 
i have no idea. but i know that clen, for every 1 degree it increases temp will cause 5% increase in metabolism.

go on a diet.

spend 4 days figuring out how many calories you need a day to break even.

then spend 3 weeks on a diet with T3. figure out how many calories you lost by how many lbs. you lost (this will be hard. get a machine that tests BF%).

take how much weight you should have lost on dieting alone, then the difference between the 2 (what you should have lost w/o T3 and what you did with it) is how effective T3 is at weight loss.
