i weigh 175. i just started 75mg tren ed, 250 cyp a week, 40mg anavar a day. i started clen about a week and a half ago and went from 180 to 175, all fat because my abs are finally poking out. How many calories do i need to consume a day. i do cardio about 5 times a week. i dont want to be eating enough but not too much that it defeats the purpose of trying to lean down some more. i get between 275 and 300 grams of protein a day. i am not really worried about putting on a bunch of weight right now, i will do that this winter. i just dont want too not eat enough and run the risk of hindering some muscle gain.

depends on how big you are. I'd say btwn 2000-3000 cals.
Personally, i don't count cals, i just portion my food instead.

Question: If you weigh 175, why would you want to shred down?
IMO, I think you should bulk up more, depending on your height.
How tall are you?

i totally agreee

I was wondering the question to this as well - as I am gonna try to diet down for the next six weeks.

I weigh about 190, and I was told to eat around 2500 cals in 5-7 meals. I have also read people say 10-12 cals per body pound to diet down. I would go with 12 rather than 10 though.

I would stick to about 2000 - 2500 good cals a day. As you are doing cardio 5 days a week.

If your only 175, and want to drop more you can maintain at 300 g of protein a day and drop your calories below 2000 for about 7-10 days.

i am about 5'9. i dont weigh that much because my legs are so lean, there coming around though. i have a good size upper body. i want to get as lean as possible before i start bulking. i apreciate the advice fellows.
