how many calories on a anavar/winny cycle?

whats up bros? im on day 3 of a chinese anavar/winny cycle. anavar at 80ed and winny at 50ed. i have been getting around 3000-3200 calories/day so far with about 360 grams of protein. just wondering if this is the correct amount for me? i am 6', 165 with 8%, looking to put on 10-15 pounds. thanks bros!

Damn u are one lean mofo.
Id say stay between 3000-3500 cals, because from ur description u sound like an ectomorph, and ur gonna have trouble puttin on weight with a low cal diet. Just keep the protein high, fats low, and as for carbs, keep them high pre/post workout, and moderate the rest of the day. Also throw some cardio in there 4x a week.
