How low can I take the letro?

Since the letro is too powerful for a modest cycle -

500mg test e per week
400mg eq per week

How low can I take it to be effective? .125 mcg ed?

take it only when u need it or run it 1.25 mg every 3rd day.

The half life is 3 days? I'm not sure switching AI's mid cycle is good, but I might just go with a-dex on out. I think the letro is giving me too much suppression at .25 ed.

its fine if u switch, just do adex .5mg alot eaiser n milder.
