How long can I leave juice in a neddle? I mean worst case senario. I mean I could just throw it out, but I really would hate to waste it.

If you put the cap back on the pin and maybe put it in a zip lock baggie< i'd say a while. Sterility will be your greatest concern I'd imagine. Just keep it away from direct sun and extreme heat like you would your other gear.

I have pre-loaded syringes a month in advance with no problems. Make sure you store them in a cool dark, dry place

Steroids in oil no problem, store winnie in a needle and you may develop a big problem if it gets even the slightest contamination.
