right now i'm about 6'2" 185 around 8% body fat...the diet i'm fixing to go on has 70g of carbs a day and 270g of protein a day...i will be working out about 3-4 days a wk and doing cardio 2x a wk...what would i expect to lose on average a month from this diet if i'm only looking to drop down to 5-6%
