how long would it take to cut from this

right now i'm about 6'2" 185 around 8% body fat...the diet i'm fixing to go on has 70g of carbs a day and 270g of protein a day...i will be working out about 3-4 days a wk and doing cardio 2x a wk...what would i expect to lose on average a month from this diet if i'm only looking to drop down to 5-6%
 
1. You don't list any fat in your diet which is a bad idea.

2. You don't mention how many calories you plan on eating which is the most important part.

270g of protein and 70g of carbs works out to less than 1400 calories. That's far too low in calories for your weight. The minimum you should eat is 10x bodyweight which would be 1850 for you. For simplicity fill in the rest of your calories to make 1850 with fats. Add 54g of fat and you'll reach your 1850 and have a much better chance at losing fat without burning all of your muscle.

However I'd suggest actually starting your diet at 12x bodyweight as 10x is the lowest you should go. Start at 12x and then you can work down if you need to. Starting at the absolute lowest amount means you have nowhere to go if you stall.
