if never a problem I see no need for change unless extra paranoid or cautious.

true true... i always try to error on the side of utmost caution...changing the addy isnt going to help you if they are on you hardcore, but i def think changing it eery year or even every couple packages would help make things harder...

It all depends on how often you order. If you make several orders throughout the year, then it's probably a good idea to switch it up. I personally wouldn't ship to the same address more then once a year. Then again, I've never had to get anything shipped to me.
