how long to wait after surgery

I'm having major surgery on my ear in 7 days and would like some feedback on how long I should wait before I start my next cycle.

what kind of surgery in your ear are you having?

I'm having a new ear drum put in and having an oscular chain reconstruction. Had this same thing done 25 years ago and it's finally gone bad. The cycle i'm looking to start is winny 50mg EOD and 60micrograms of Clen 2days on and 2 days off. I'm looking to drop some unwanted pounds.
