How long to run ALA for

Hey ,just wondering how long to run ALA if im using DBOL only for 4weeks? should i run ALA til the end of my cycle with the test/eq also?
or can i stop the ALA like week 5?

week1-10test 400mg
week1-10eq 400mg
week1-4 dbol 20-25mg

Stop until natural stomach acid production stops.


Then run rolaids @ 5 tabs per day for 2 weeks.

Run it as long as you want there is not limit, but you should at least have it during your cycle. I would recommend 1500mg or more devided it into 3 meals a day.

is milk thristle good aswell?

Milk Thistle will work, but ALA has a lot more benefits than just an anti-oxidant and liver protection..... In a week or so I will have my ALA in 250 mg caps. I will sell them 12.5 cents a cap. That is 75 cents a day not bad... I have everything ready including an autoresponder, but my product has not arrived. My ALA is factory capped so they are safe.

If you need it immediately, ICEMAN1111 has a good price going too.
