no need to do it, but a lot of people love the mix so i am not gonna knock, just be safe run bloodwork. tbol is gonna kick in by day 3-5 depending, for me day 5 pumps become insane. var a week and a half, but you'll feel the tbol so its gonna be hard to feel the var. it will increase pumps prolly and strength but you won't notice i kick in cause tbol and var are so similar, in no way am i saying you are wasting var, but it would make much more sense to run tbol alone for 4 weeks and gain 10lbs of lean mass if done right, take 4 weeks off and run var.
