how long to keep gains

im just finishing a bulking cycle--how long before i can start heavy cutting(w/out gear)--things like heavy cardio, cutting calories, etc?
 
well dont get upset....you question makes no sense....reword it and ask again. you can cut anytime you want.
 
ok, this is end of my first cycle--i made good gains, but want to do all i can to keep them--so do i have this rite?--i have my clomid treatment, and post cycle i want to keep my calories high--at what point can i reduce my calories without sacrificing the loss of too much muscle--i dont want to do it prematurely
 
huh? do cardio whenever you want. when u burn fat and hence weight,u r gonna lose some muscle regardless bro,especially gearless. now or later is inevitable
 
you can diet when on clomid, if you calorie intake is right you wont lose too much muscle. It is just easier to keep you calorie intake high for a month after your cycle to keep gains. no perfect answer for you here bro.
 
i'd imagine it would be best to actually hold off on dieting until you have completed your post cycle therapy and your natrual test is flowing again.

if you dieted while on the clomid you have no AAS in your body, no natural test, so you're more likely to lose musclemass at that time with or without dieting/cardio than you would be if you waited until your body was back to normal.

so guys won't diet unless on a cycle to prevent as much muscle loss as possilbe. why would you want to diet/cardio when your body has the absolute least amount of test?
