How long should I wait till I start PCT?

I was wondering when I should start the PCT, I was thinking about 14 days after last injection due to the long half life of test cyp, but the dose is very small compared to the tren ace. I tried the PCT calculator and it told me to wait 8 days before starting PCT. I was first thinking about starting 3 days after. Any thoughts?

I would run GW cardarine during cycle. This will help negate tren sides. I would also consider running HCGenerate during cycle as well.

As far as PCT.. long ester I have always done 14 day till PCT, but that is a low test dose. I would definitely run Ostarine in PCT

This is a pretty mild cycle, when PCT starts depends on the half life of your longer ester drug, which is Test Cyp in your case. By 3 days Tren Ace is more or less out of the system, and by day 12 after your last shot of Test cyp, serum testosterone level drops below 50mg.

Now you start PCT. So in short, the best time to start your PCT is 12 days after your last Cyp shot. 3 days is too early, even 8 days is a tad premature.

I have noticed that you have no AI to prevent oestrogen rebound, this might or might not be necessary given the mild cycle, I would get one just in case. Try Aromasin.
