How long on delivery for a personal customized blend from protein factory?

I ordered over the phone. the person taking my order was CLUELESS. I made my own blend. They're supposed to get back to you with an exact price for such blends no? It's been a week. What's the deal?

haha...same deal. I ordered via web. I told them in the "comments" to get back to me with a total before they process. It took about 10 days to get it...5lb tub, $38 delivered

50% CFM Whey, 50% Micellar cassien. Chocolate flavor using Asulfemen-K (However you spell it).
