I mean if I didn't workout for 8-12 months or longer would it still remember and how long would one have to lift again before cycling? just curious

Creating new muscle cells is the hard part but when we create them they're there for good. After a long lay off those deflated muscles cells fill out again with training. That is why it seems like we gain so quickly when we come back.

AnabolicDiabetic said:I'd wait till you hit a plateau...not a minor one you can work through but a major one which doesn't respond to diet, rest, training manipulation. At that point, you'll be ready for some enhancement should you choose to do so. 3 months might be a good ballpark figure to shoot for.
