HOw long for a clen/t3 - ECA cycle

I have heard a lot of different ideas from 12 to 8 week all the way to "you dont ever have to stop as long as you alternate".
So any advise???
I want to add anavar to this cycle and wonder if it will effect how long I have to do this cutting cycle before I need to change over to a building cycle.
Damn - I need a source or I wont get any anavar - grrrrrrr
