Not sure how to really put it, but for your receptor sites to be "revirginized" I've only done 1 cycle and it was about... 3 years ago. Do you guys think i'd be ok to do the same amt of test again. 1st cycle i ran 500mg of Test and 300 of Deca.

Not doing a ccle for 3 years you should be able to get decent results of this you may want to bump the deca to 400mg a week but again I dont know your stats but you should be good with what you got

I wont be running Deca this time around. Just wanted to know if test would be okay at 500 still or bump to 600?

Not much difference but personally I'd go with 600

imo 500 is plenty. I get great results with alot less and Ive done a few cycles.
