How long does it take to reduce estrogen using adex

Hey friends,

I'm at work and don't have my log in front of me, but I'm taking 500mg test enanthate/week and recently upped my dose of adex from .25mg EOD to .5mg EOD when I started feeling a little tingling in my nipples. That seemed to clear it up right away but its also having another effect I think - my bodyfat is starting to go down with no change in diet or training.

I'm in my 7th week of my cycle and put on a couple pounds of fat in the first 5 weeks then lately it seems to have leveled off and in the last couple of days is starting to reverse.

Could that be because of the increase of adex? I increased the dosage at least a week ago, maybe a bit more.

I understand that upping the dose will affect the future aromatization of test but do nothing to the estrogen already in my system. How long does it take for the body to get rid of the excess estrogen?

I could be wrong but, I don't adex has anything to do with that..its more likely the test starting to kick in. You are doing Test E and you would start seeing the results now.

I started seeing strength gains from week 2 but also put on some fat, which was a little unexpected as I have a pretty good handle on my diet, and its effect on me (like, the numbers didn't add up).

I monitor my bf daily using a bioimpedance device and I know that its not really accurate but I've been doing it for years and again, have a pretty good handle on how it all works.
