I either pulled or tore my forearm muscle about 2 months ago, while grappling and I let it heal for a month before lifting again. And all has been fine with lifting, until I started back grappling again and just a little tweak on my arm and its over. Arm just starts throbbing severely and bad pain. It’s crazy because I can use it fine in the gym but grappling just throttles it. WTF?
