how long do you run Clen?

Hey guys ... been doin some research and can't seem to find an average length for running clen.... doing the 2weeks on/ 2weeks off method how many weeks do you run clen? Thanks for the help!

I read the following from the above link. I'm not an expert though, I'm just readin as much as I can before I figure out my first cycle.

Clen and clen+excercise produce roughly the same results for the first 2 weeks! Remember the old 2 weeks-on/2weeks-off schedule? It’s officially dead and buried. If you want the quasi-anabolic effect from the clen, it’ll take more than 2weeks on (6 weeks apparently). And in fact, since clen alone is similar to clen+excercise for those first 2 weeks...why would you ever use a 2on/2off protocol? Keep in mind that animal responses to beta-agonist/antagonists differ a bit from ours…but you get the picture. 2on/2off? Ha ha...

Guardian when running clen and t 3 together i know your advice was to split thru the day ( nothing after 4 pm ) the clen as you ramp up but is it the same for the t3 or can you take it all in the morning with first dose of clen thanks you are always a help :artist:

I was thinking of doing it like this

Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs


GUARDIAN you are the MAN How would i change that for 6 weeks and i don't want to go over 100mcgs

so i shouldn't do the 2 on/ 2 off?.... should i run it 6-8 wks straight?... do you have to take benedryl during?...

either or will work. i prefer running it st8 thru with no breaks. u dont have 2 take the benadryl there are other options but benadryl is easy to get. u may notice some plateauing with clens effectivness after about 18 days.

I always have great results from doing 2 weeks on/ 1 week off then 2 on again. Just learned about the benadryl, I'm taking it at night for the week off, is that how its suppose to be done? Thanks.
