yes, everybody says to stay off as long as you were on. so you'd have to stay off for 10 weeks.
i've been looking in to this quesiton too. seems like to me it would depend on how long it takes your test levels to kick back in.
if somebody did a 10 week cycle of sus, the natural test level would take longer to bounce back then a 10 week cycle of suspension. ya follow what i mean?
i keep seeing this rule of thumb, but no data to back it up.
i don't use any post cycle gear such a clomid. i don't have much of the post cycle crashes or realated problems such as gyno. so i wait until my naturall test levels bounce back. but my meathod is vauge at best.
here is how i decide to go back on gear. i wait until my sex drive is back, my crash as bottomed out, and my skin clears up. and with my skin here's the deal. while on a cycle my skin stays very clear. and after i complete my cycle my skin will still stay clear for about 4-5 weeks. then i get zits right about when my sex drive really kicks back in. i've decided that is when my test levels have kicked back in. i wait a few more weeks and then i feel i'm ready for another cycle. so for me i average about 8-10 weeks off per 12 weeks cycles.
but the only way to know if you test levels are back up is to have blood work done .
like i said, my way isn't very scientific. but it works for me. i just try to listen to my body.
