How long do I have??

I just got my blood test results... not really good. They said my cholesterol was high (204) with my bad chloesterol (LDL) rising from 146 to 164.

Also, I had one liver test come back high. The AST test had a 64 (good range is 2 to 50).

Now the day I had my blood test was the last day of my deca, d-bol, and anavar cycle. I've also been occasionally taking 1,4 for sleep.

So, how long do I have to live?? A week? A month?

Any help y'all can give to help me get back to the safe/normal ranges would be great.

Also, NO I didn't tell my doctor I was on AS.

I think you should tell your doctor about AS. He/she can help you best in terms of the right medication and even diet. Of course we can help you, but more emphasis should be on your own doctor. If you're worried about how long you're gonna live, it seems like its pretty bad. Stick to your doctor as your main source of info in terms of your health problems, and we'll do the rest.

You dont honestly expect to have normal numbers on the last day of your cycle do you? Go back in three months and get it done again. Getting blood work done on cycle doesnt mean much.
