How long can you cut after stopping AAS

I was wondering how long you still can cut when you stopped the AAS use without any serious muscle mass loss.

Anyone has some expirience of shine a light on it ?

No , but i just finished my 10 week test/tren cycle ... lost a good amount of fat but stil not satisfied and i'm out of gear. So im going to run my pct as of today, but can i still cut while in PCT or is it more adviced no to ?
Just wanted to keep cutting since im used to it more or less now ...

You need to keep your cals relatively high in PCT to help you retain as much muscle as possible. I would say after 2-3 months off you can gradually start to taper down. I would not for any reason drop cals and start dieting right after coming off. Let your hormones stabilize and get yoru body back to ground zero, if not you won't take full advantage of your previous cycle.

If you are worried about calorie restricting and maintaining muscle, you must be sure to eat very high protein. I think no matter what you do without using some AAS or Thyroid compound, etc, you will run the risk of losing some muscle when you diet.

thyroid meds by themselves will eat muscle away like nobody's business. if you know your body and have alot of experience with dieting, muscle loss can be easily monitored and avoided also.

Pay more attention to your diet & training now because you can't lean on the AAS as the great equalizer. I'm assuming you'll have some time as the stuff comes out of your body but adjust your diet & training accordingly - you won't have the same recovery support so accommodate that so you don't overtrain (as if you were on AAS) and make sure you are eating enough protein but not so much other shit that excess deposits as fat. Lots of water too.

You will always lose muscle when dieting, you just have to try to minimize it. The exception to this would be if you had been clean and you get back on when you start dieting, you will probably have more muscle mass than when you were clean. Your body comp will change favorable. Even at that, it depends on how lean you are trying to get. If you are trying to get into contest shape you will lose muscle period.

Big thanks to everyone for your support and info ! I will watch my diet and see that i still get alot of protein and minimum fat.
Still going to my regular cardio and decrease some volume (sets) of my workouts.
