How long can ephredrine be ran for?

most stims take 8 weeks and go off for a few weeks or body gets use to them
Some say to take Ephedra for 4-6 weeks and go off.

I think four weeks should be the MAX...and prefer two on / two off, and even then I wouldn't overdo it; beta receptor down-regulation can be very long-lasting (possibly permanent) from what I've seen in people who have abused ephedrine long-term. Give it healthy respect and always err on the side of caution.
