how long after yohimnurn will the water last?

wondering if i wanted to look hard for an occasion and i'm using yohimburn daily..how many days should i give myself to lose the water retention...and if yohimbine causes bloating..is my NYC ADDING to the water retention??? or just topical yoh.?

It's just the topical that creates water retention from my experience. It shouldn't last more than 5-7 days but some people have reported it lasting 14 days.

YES.. but in some(% ??) people the diuretic effects of NC in NYC relatively balances out the water retention with respect to the Y in NYC.. but it varies..

it definitely CAN increase water retention.

btw- some individuals get little or no retention (though they are the exception rather than the rule)... most people get good recession of water on the 2 days off... using the 5on/2off yohimburn admin pattern
