How long do you wait after completed cycle to start again

how long after a cycle has ended do you generally start your next cycle? I'm talking a moderate cycle like fina/d-bol. Nothing major. I sometimes wait like a month to fully get into my next cycle.. what about you guys

I would disagree with it.
Test levels are not really important.
Endogenous testosterone production is minuscule, and it would be gone just a few days after you start new cycle.
Best advise probably is time off=time on+PCT; not more than 2 cycles a year.
 
None of the above.

If you consider the fact that some people cycle for 12 wks straight, then you should take another 12 wks off, so then 3 cycles a year (at the most) is more appropriate, and anymore is insanity in my opinion.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong here but I've always heard it also has to do with your "receptors" and giving them time to recoop, thats what Ive heard from some local lifters.

Yes. I guess it comes down to how far you're willing to take it with roids.
Regular blood work should be done after PCT is completed to keep an eye on your numbers including liver values. Different people do different things and some pay the ultimate price.
 
If you care about recovery you need to wait 2 months (minimum) after PCT to start another cycle.

For long cycles or cycles with tren or deca you may need to wait even longer.

your receptors has a half time of a very few hours so i wouldn't go off for that long just for a couple of hours of work :D the receptor saturation etc is just a myth


The bloodwork is not done only to see your test levels, you need to check your sbhg, lipids, liver values etc etc to see that nothing is wrong (of course fucking up your lipids and hormonebalance is wrong in a way, but i meant something out of the usual :))

I'm glad this topic came up, My best dude who I've lifted with since High School was asking me tonight how long he should stay off.. He's ran everything to name the least.. since he was 20.. He's getting into the 700lb benching levels weighing at 250.. I asked him what he was doing for PCT.. his response.. nothing, thats more money I can spend on Test.. I gave a minor chuckle and was like damn bro, if you were only a member on elite.. you would get your ass chewed.. and now I have the perfect thread to forward to him..
Me for example.. I started when he did, at 20, the first few cycles I ran without PCT.. stupidly now i know.. But smartened up and began taking nolva and chlomid after some vet advice from the boards.. I have been off for two years since I ended.. Which partly were to getting lazy and becomming a pothead for awhile, and partying too much in college.. 2 years later, in the past 6 months, I've been getting on it again, and for the first time got my bf into the teens. Diet and training only, besides some Levorex and Trex.. Anyways.. I can't stress the importance of getting this in check. I was once into powerlifting rather than looking good.. My diet consisted of McDonalds and pizza, as long as I was benching 550 to 600.. Didn't care where my weight was, just as long as my bench was high. Anyways, now that I'm below percentage, im getting ready to go back home and sauce again.. This time wiser, smarter, with a diet built to a perfect T. I went from 225 and fat to 195 and lean as shit with some hard work.. I can't stress enough how much you can get done with a little hard work and discipline. I am still not satisfied a bit with my bf % and will continue to work for a month or two until I'm ready for some clen and T3.. after that.. test enan, winnie tabs, some more clen and t3 for me.. from now on I'm doing it right.. A lesson to you young ones.. if your not going to do it right, don't do it.. I wish I could take back everything I had done and start over.. But I'm sure my receptors are now going to get me everything I've ever expected out of a cycle.

That's deep! Man, I almost cried after reading your thread. Your story reads like a "rags to riches story". I found myself cheering for you all the way, bro.
I also learned a few things; take anti-estrogens, lift to look good not to look cool, and most of all work hard and with discipline. Thanks Bro.

How long does it take for ya'll to get over the test crash? I'm in PCT after my first cycle, 500 test E/wk, last injection was February 3rd. I'm not crashing hard, just been feeling a little depressed and unmotivated for the last couple weeks. My PCT was 3000 IU HCG/wk + 20mg nolva/day for 3 weeks, now i'm in the first week of nolva only.

uh what was that story about? I think it was something along the lines of I was fat and could lift heavy weight, now I care what I look like, want to juice again and my friend doesn't use PCT. Was that the condensed version?

Just fucking with you monsterMMF. Tell your friend if he really wanted to get the best gains and keep them from each cycle he would seriously consider the PCT. You got your head on right, don't be subject to what he's doing because he can bench 700lbs. Screw that. Once you get your bod where you need to be he will probably ditch all that weight and come over to our side.
 
I usually go equal times. Say, 12 weeks on, then I go 12 weeks off. Seems to work well keeping on and off times equal - especially for the receptor sites.
