Me for example.. I started when he did, at 20, the first few cycles I ran without PCT.. stupidly now i know.. Which partly were to getting lazy and becomming a pothead for awhile, and partying too much in college.. 2 years later, in the past 6 months, I've been getting on it again, and for the first time got my bf into the teens. Diet and training only, besides some Levorex and Trex.. Anyways.. I can't stress the importance of getting this in check. I was once into powerlifting rather than looking good.. My diet consisted of McDonalds and pizza, as long as I was benching 550 to 600.. Didn't care where my weight was, just as long as my bench was high. Anyways, now that I'm below percentage, im getting ready to go back home and sauce again.. This time wiser, smarter, with a diet built to a perfect T. I went from 225 and fat to 195 and lean as shit with some hard work.. I can't stress enough how much you can get done with a little hard work and discipline. I am still not satisfied a bit with my bf % and will continue to work for a month or two until I'm ready for some clen and T3.. after that.. test enan, winnie tabs, some more clen and t3 for me.. from now on I'm doing it right.. A lesson to you young ones.. if your not going to do it right, don't do it.. I wish I could take back everything I had done and start over.. But I'm sure my receptors are now going to get me everything I've ever expected out of a cycle.
