I ran a 12wk bulker. Im doing pct now feel great and made great gains I just don't want to end up cutting and end up killing my gains.

Well I want to cut as soon as I finish up this cycles pct its just I don't want to lose muscle while cutting, and having gear sitting here is tempting.lol
Its your body bro and what you put in it is your own business but dont kid yourself...whats the point of even doing PCT for 4 weeks if you are going to jump straight back on.
To drop cals and start cutting straight after a bulk will see some of your gains say good bye to you.
IMO, do your PCT...keep calories up and fully recover the start the cut.
