How lean can I get without supplements/drugs?

Well.... I'm pretty close to wrapping up my dieting phase now, and starting on a bulking phase (which hopefully won't result in me gaining back all the fat).... it's taken a long time. I've been dieting since May.... most of the time on my own sort of TKD, where I ate as much protein as I wanted, kept the fat reasonably low and no carbs except post-workout. I had a few cheat days here and there. That was fine.... and then in mid-November, I switched to Mr X's CKD.... almost every week I've cheated (really badly) on Sunday, but I'm hoping to control my refeeds a bit more.

However.... I use NO supplements except protein powder. And I only started using that when I started the CKD. No ECA, no NYC, no Yohimburn, no diuretics.... nothing. Just protein powder. And a lot of water to try and get rid of subcentaneous water.

I don't know my bodyfat percentage.... I'll post a few pics for you later so you can judge for yourselves and give me an idea.

But how lean can someone get NATURALLY, without any supplements or steroids? I know I'm not there yet, but curious.

That is very individual. Depends in many factors and genetics. Some can eat very little and still not loose muscles. As bodyfat is deacreasing one have to be carefull not to eat to little, even though protein is high this is not always enough. With time one could probably reach 4-5%bf, but I don't think this would be to healty for anyone. Always include extra vitamines, minerals and water. You might consider creatine ED, I notice it's easier for me to keep strength going up while on a cutting diet.

If you start loosing strength then bump up the calories a bit. Take some time off from strength training and cardio, this might do you good. I've tried a bw x 10 diet and must say I get better results with less weight training. EOD workout works best for me, I need the extra rest while on a low calorie diet. I also like either low intense cardio for 40-60 minutes on an empty stomach, or 2 high intense sessions 20 minutes each with some food before, then a 40-60 minutes no food period post these sessions.

So as bodyfat deacreases most of us need a high carb day, or atleast a bump in calories for 12-24 hours once and a while, depending on the procentage of bodyfat you have.

My opinion is that one can become Very Lean without the use of supplements. A clean Diet of Chicken, eggwhites, cottage, LeanBeef, and EFA's coupled with strength training and cardio would surley produce Great results and keep natural test levels up and BF down.

Be Careful, the CKD has caused me major battles with Binge Eating Disorder Im still trying to conquer.

You can get down as low as 3-4% all depending on your genetics.

I've been 3% naturally, so it's possible........
