How is this possible.

I started 3 caps of Diesel, and 5 caps of katadrol on Monday 1/31..
My weight in the morning was 195...Friday morning I weighed 203.
My diet didnt change for that week nor did my cardio..
How in the hell is that possible? Doesnt look like any water weight, my abs I still see the same..but there was a deff in increase in size, people at the gym told me too.

Just amazing in a few days I increased that much weight.

i gained 10 lbs in 1 week on epistrong. and then just a few more by the end of week 4. dry as hell too.

I guarantee it's water. Water is "anabolic".

Just because you put on water weight doesn't mean it will bloat you depending on what compound you are using.

That weight increase is akin to when I start taking creatine after having been off for a month or two. I'll put on an easy 6lbs inside of 3-4 days with creatine monohydrate.

The water weight you gained will improve leverage, help cushion shit and is a good thing in general especially if it's not making you look bloated like testosterone makes me.

That said at best 1lbs of that might be muscle.

Not trying to be a spoil sport, but that's how it is. I've put on 45lbs in the last 8 months since I started training again, but I would bet money only half of it is actual muscle and the rest fat. That might sound bad with all the fat gain, but an actual increase of +22lbs of muscle is huge even in a years time.

Hell after water weight it may only be 12-15lbs of actual muscle tissue and even then is a huge gain in a year let alone 8 months other than during something like a growth spurt during puberty.

Rapid weight gain is definitely good for one thing in that it's a mental boost for alot of people especially if you are purposely trying to gain size/weight.
