How is this for fat loss?

I cannot use thermogenics because of anxiety. I am taking 1,000mg CLA w/ every meal, along with 400mg chromium picolinate w/ every meal. What else should I throw in to help boost my metabolism?
 
5 small meals a day, cardio 45 minutes a day. i don't eat clean all the time, but for the most part i do.. i am 6'2 254lb right now. I want to hit 230 within 2 months. my diet consists of chicken, steak and green veggies mainly. i will eat simple carbs once in a while.
 
I to have problems with anxiety....I found that before there was no way I could use any type of thrermogenics but I started using this vitamine stack to help with anxiety (I posted it here and on anabolic fitness a while back) and now I can use pretty much all types of E/C/A with little to no anxiety problems. Let me know if you find my vitamine stakc, if not..I'll see if I can repost it as I may have it saved somewhere.
