I am at about 172 pounds right now at 10% bf. I have not worked out for 5 weeks streight except for pushups a few times a week. I have worked out for about a week straight and wanted to start up a cycle. I wanted to continue light cutting with var to get down to about 9% in 2 weeks, then when my strenth is up, switch over to primo and Dbols for about 3 weeks to pack on some lean mass. Then when your body is begining to get really shut down, you switch to test and var for 4 weeks to maintain and maybe gain a few more pounds while trying to stay or get as lean as possible. I figure,
2 weeks Var-40mg ED will put make me put on a pound while dropping to 8-9% and also get me strong and ready for the Dbol primo
3 Weeks of 20-30mg Dbol ED and 100mg prop EOD will then help me put on mass.(Arnolds favorite combo). I want to stay lean while bulking and expect to gain 10 pounds of mass and water, while not being too bad on your HPTA. Just when your body gets too low on the natty test, you switch to
3-4 weeks of 50mg Avavar ED and 100mg Prop EOD. This will help me slowly drop some fat while solidifying the gains and water from the Dbol into mucle. Expect to gain a pound or 2 while eliminating water and fat from my body, getting me down to About 6% at a weight 13lbs heavier at 185. All this while stressing my body as if it were only a 5 week cycle. while it is 9 weeks long. Of course this would include standard PCT and maybe HCG to be safe.
