That T9 option when you text message, could someone break that down for me ? help a cracka out ?

Huh? the T9 is a wordlist, meaning you dont have to press a button repeatedly to get the letter you need. You just press the buttons where the letter you need is once, then the next button for the next letter in the word etc and then you will end up with the right word.

For instance, say you wanna write "I dont understand text messaging"

0 - SPACE
3 - D
6 - O
6 - N
8 - T
* x 2 to choose the word DONT
0 - SPACE
8 - U
6 - N
3 - D
3 - E
7 - R
7 - S
8 - T
2 - A
6 - N
3 - D
0 - SPACE

0 - SPACE
