Whats up dudes
I'm just wondering how harmful any type of test can be on your body. How long should you wait in between cycles and will too much test really fuck you up in the long run? I know that other steroids can be really hard on your body in the long run if you take a lot, but is taking testosterone in the same categorie or have the same long term effects as juice such as deca, tren, d-bol, winny, etc. Just wondering about this. Thanks

There are people that are on test year round. Just saying. But any steroid can be hard on your body if you go overboard on the dosages.

So how much is too much? How long should you wait in between cycles?

Go to youtube and do a search for the truth about steroids. They quote a new englan journal of medicine study as well showin gthat with 500mg/test there were no serious side effects.

There are no answers that are right for everyone. It's all based on trial and error for the most part for people who really want to develope their bodies.Do alot of research is the best advice you can get before you start on this life long journey.People stay on test year round, some run extremley high doses but that's for the most advanced lifter.

when ever you administer a drug into your body you are taking a risk. side effects can be minor if any at reasonable doses. it sounds like you are trying to get some comfort on beggining a cycle. just make sure you know what you are doing and be aware of all the side effects and reactions of each drug before using. no one can tell you how safe a specific drug will be in your body , you will have to make the decision to try it on your own.

Good reply

Theres many side effects, it slows immune system response along with shutting down natural hpta, hair growth (usually where you dont want it), theres tons of things, as said above research well then make your decision if you still want to use.

I believe that test in low/moderate dosages is perhaps the safest of all aas.

However, even low dosages will quicky supress your natural test production. Once you cycle off it takes a while for your body to start up again. The longer you're on the longer it will take to come back. Everyone's different, but it used to take me over two months to get back to near normal. The danger is that if you stay on too long, or start up too soon, your body doesn't recover you get deeper and deeper into the hole (meaning it will take longer and longer for your body to get back to normal when/if you decide to stop).

As dosages rise - for me the threshhold is about 400-500mg/wk - estrogen starts to become an issue.

As I moved beyond that level, or stayed on for a while (for me, more than half the year), the biggest consequence I see is adverse cholesterol changes (my hdl is now around 20, which apparently is too low to do the cleanup it's supposed to).

I believe that for most people (ie non-competitors) the best reason to stack is to minimize side effects, not looking for some kind of miraculous synergy. I would recommend starting with low dosages of test (I know it sounds crazy, but for your first cycle I think 250-300mg/wk is probably plenty). I think you will feel the effect strongly, and if you train hard and eat well you will see great results. If you want to add something like primo or winstrol, then drop the test down to ~200/week).

I know those numbers may seem low, but these are strong drugs. Be patient. Focus on hard work more than heavy dosages...you can always increase as you learn more about how your body reacts.

As always, I would recommend you get a baseline blood test. At least that way you have a reference if you want to see how you're recovering off cycle.

Thanks guys, I'm on test cyp. now 400 mg/wk i just know that i wanna do more, without really fucking myself up in the long run. Thank you all
